Worship Ministry
Ministry Director - Sis. Rosie GransberrySunshine Choir (Ages 3 - 12) - Minstry Leader - Teresa Thompson
The Sunshine Choir sing on the 4th Sunday during the 11:00 a.m. service. Rehearsal is on Monday from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Family Life Center in the Chapel. Dinner is available after rehearsal for all choir members for $2.00.
Youth Choir (Ages 13 - 18) - Ministry Leaders - Sis. Lauren Gransberry, Latoya Oudems, Laurisha White
The youth choir sings every 4th Sunday during the 8:00 a.m. and the 11:00 a.m. services. Rehearsal is every Saturday at 2:00p.m. in the sanctuary.
Sanctuary Choir (Ages 18+) - Ministry Leader - Sis. Teresa Thompson
Currently the Sanctuary Choir sings every Sunday during the 8:00 a.m. and the 11:00 a.m. services. Rehearsal is on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. in the church's sanctuary. Rehearsal on Thursday is specifically for section leaders but others can attend to get help with learning their section.
Praise & Worship Team - Ministry Leader - Sis. Marilyn Cunningham
The Praise & Worship team sing every Sunday at the 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services and on Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. prior to Bible study classes. Rehearsal is on Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the Family Life Center in the Chapel.
Praise Dancers - Ministry Leader - Sis. Donti Figgins
Drama Ministry -
This person is appointed for the development and promotion of dramatic presentation that will enhance the services from time to time.
Hospitality Ministry
Youth Ushers (Ages 8 - 13) -
Usher on the 2nd Sunday during both morning worship services. Rehearsal is on the 2nd Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at the Church.
Youth Ushers (Ages 14 - 18) -
Usher on the 3rd Sunday during both morning worship services. Rehearsal is on the 3rd Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at the Church.
Adult Ushers (Ages 18+) -
Usher on the 1st & 4th Sunday during both morning worship services. Rehearsal is on the Thursday before the 1st & 4th Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at the Church.
Greeters -
The greeters welcome all visitors and members as they enter the sanctuary for worship services. Meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Family Life Center.
Nurses Guild -
The Nurses guild is on call during both worship services to provide any necessary care to members and visitors. Meet the last Thursday of every month at 4:30 p.m. at the Family Life Center.
